When a file fully reproduced will contain more than 10 pages of reproduction, we select from the file for reproduction the documents we determine to be of the most value to you for genealogical purposes. By specifically requesting, you may receive copies of ALL documents in a file. We will bill you for the additional reproduction cost."
The above notice from the Military Service Records, National Archives - means that you still must send a prepayment of $5 for a war record, but if you wish to receive ALL documents in the record, the Archives will bill you for the additional cost.
