Important Shipping Information

Our Museum is staffed by Volunteers and our hours of operations currently are such that our Volunteer staff members are only able to check for Online Orders once per week. Typically on either Tuesday or Thursday.

This means that online orders may not be shipped for up to 10 days after your order is placedPLEASE give our Volunteer staff the time to process your order and ship it out to you.  We will do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.  Before you ask PayPal for a refund due to non-shipment, please send us an e-mail first to ask about your order's status.

Featured below are the old Burger Queen on Knox Street; D&W Cafeteria at Apple Grove; the Esquire Cafe on the Court Square; Hamburger Hut on U.S. 25E; Jack's Restaurant on the Court Square; Kidd's Charcoal House on Cumberland Avenue; Oasis Restaurant at Boone Heights by Knox Drive-In; Patriot Restaurant on Knox Street; Roy and Merrill Smith's restaurant across from RECC, circa 1975;

Will Lockhart's restaurant on Depot Street; Ronnie's Ice Cream Shop on Knox Street; Scottie's Burgers near present-day Walgreen's; tastee-freez Big Tee Burgers on Knox Street; the Kub Restaurant on College Street near its intersection with Manchester Street; Uncle Ike's Restaurant on the Court Square; and the Hickory House Restaurant on U.S. 25E between present-day Pizza Hut and Burger King.
